“BEING A GOOD ROLE
MODEL”
Being a good
role model plays an important role in influencing and inspiring others
especially kids and young people not only to learn, understand that positive
values can be lived each day, but also to have a positive attitude or outcome
when it comes to problems, trials, and experiences. They show an attitude of
compassion in doing their obligations and have the ability to influence others
with their passion. Have a concept of other-focused not of self-focused. They
teach people to serve one another and also their communities, showing a
commitment in their communities by freely giving of their time and talents to
benefit people. Most people admired and come after to those who are
selflessness and served others wholeheartedly: reaching out others need and
showing respect to them.
A good role
model is not the person having great wealth, with the best job title, the most
responsibility, or the greatest fame to his or her name, but a good role model
is anyone that can motivate people to do their task and to inspire them to
achieve their potential life.

Being a good role model many people are look up
to you in your own life and skills that have inspired for what you are today.
By being a good role model you can help the others or people who need your help
but people are different in their own ways.
For example:
I am the older daughter and my younger sister
she need help being a good role model to my sister i can help may sister.

How to be a
GOOD ROLE MODEL....
What
is is the meaning of being a role model.? A person who serves as a model
in a particular behavior or social role for another person.
Other
than integrity, taking responsibility for yourself is another important quality
for a role model to possess. You can demonstrate taking responsibility for yourself
by apologizing and admitting when you make mistakes. It is also important to
have humility in order to be a good role model. Good role models recognize that
you are no worse or better than others. Being a good role model means you try
to elevate those around you while understanding that your status does not make
you some sort of god.
It
is important to follow through to serve as a good role model. Following through
on your commitments means being on time, finishing what you begin, not
quitting, staying true to your spoken promises and persevering in the face of
obstacles. Following through on achieving your own goals demonstrates to others
that it is possible to achieve goals, providing them the inspiration to persist
in order to do so themselves.
The
whole function of being good role model is to show respect for others. A good
role model follows the "golden rule" of treating others the same way
he would like to be treated. Expressing gratitude for others and never taking
advantage of people for your own purposes is a key quality of a good role
model.

As
a teen ager you must be a good role model, you would be surprise if you found
out how many people look up to you. Each and every one of us has the
opportunity to be a role model in everyday life. Even as a teenager, you have
the ability to inspire your peers and those younger than you.
Here are some steps how to be a good role model;
Ø Stay Humble. Of course as a teenager you
must always keep your feet on the ground. Don’t become arrogant. Your “style”
and personality should be augmented by your respect for others. Don’t think
being a role model means placing you on a pedestal.
Ø Be yourself. Don’t try to change for anyone, develop confidence within you.
Ø Show your good qualities. People will see everything you do too. Do the things that you feel make people admire and inspire with your good attitude. Make an effort to go out of your way if you think that you can help someone
Ø Passion and Ability to Inspire. Role models show passion for their work and have the capacity to infect others with their passion. Show that you are dedicated of what you do.
Ø Have faith on God. In every single journey of our lives we need the guide of our almighty one. He is only the provider of all our needs. If we trust on him all of our wants and needs he gave it all. No questions just believe on him, always pray and ask him first before you do things on your own.
A good role
model would stand up for someone else, not care what other people think, and
show respect for other people and things., anyone could be a role model… All
you got to do is put your mind to it, but I know sometimes it can be hard to
set a good example. Just give it your best shot !
